I love the location of the property , the people , oh my the people are amazing. Everyone I met had smiling faces , great tone of voice , welcoming energy. I loved everyone. From the front desk to the maintenance man . Everyone was amazing the place was great my room was never nice. Everything worked in the hotel the tv, the shower , the sink , the wash and dryer room , including the ice maker. There wasn’t nothing out of order necessarily. I was able to access anything needed as a guest , I was welcomed with compassion after a very long drive there and including just thoughtful people. This location gets 100/10 times over . They deserve the best rating.

The staff was very helpful with assisting me with locations of various venues. It was very convenient to not only the City of Hope but to shopping nearby. There was a nice variety of items on the breakfast bar and the coffee was great! I liked having the dispensers of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower.

Bed could have been a little shorter but I didn't have to get a chair to get in bed at least like I did in another hotel and bed was comfortable. Loved the roll in shower didn't have to climb in a tub to get a bath. If I had to cook there was dishes for all I would need. Refrigerator is a nice size .. had no oven to bake in, microwave is a nice size, and all the cabinets have doors
